About Our Program

Striking | Boxing | Muay Thai | Kickboxing

Our Striking program at Renzo Gracie Clarksville offers a well-rounded approach to stand-up combat, incorporating Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. Whether you’re training for competition, self-defense, or fitness, our structured classes provide expert instruction in technique, strategy, and conditioning. Open to ages 8 and up, our program welcomes all experience levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Boxing

Our USA Boxing-certified instructors teach the fundamentals of footwork, head movement, punching techniques, and defensive strategies. Classes focus on proper form, power, speed, and endurance while incorporating bag work, mitt drills, and controlled sparring.

Muay Thai

Known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” Muay Thai utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees for a highly effective striking system. Classes emphasize balance, clinch work, and powerful striking combinations, making it a great discipline for self-defense, competition, and fitness.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing blends traditional boxing techniques with powerful kicks, making it a dynamic full-body workout. Our classes focus on conditioning, explosive striking, and defensive maneuvers, helping students develop strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Youth Boxing for ages 8-13 is designed for young athletes. This class teaches boxing fundamentals, footwork, and defensive skills in a structured and safe environment. Students are grouped by novice and advanced levels for optimal training.
