If you are requesting a temporary cancellations consider requesting a freeze instead.
We have enjoyed having you as a member of our team, and we are sorry to see you go. We understand that there are many reasons why you may be cancelling your membership. Perhaps you are moving away, you are having financial difficulties or you are no longer able to make the time to train. Whatever the reason, we want to assure you that we are here to help in any way we can.
If there is anything we can do to change your mind, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at memberships@rgclarksville.com, contact us through your student portal, or speak to one of our customer service liaisons. We would be happy to discuss your options and see if there is a way to make it work for you. If you are moving we are also happy to provide you with a referral to another gym in your area.
If you are unhappy with your experience we invite you to submit feedback. You may choose to remain anonymous. Only our HR manager, sales manager, and program director are privy to feedback submissions. (Click here for our feedback form).
If you still wish to proceed with account cancellation, please submit your details using the form below. A staff member may contact you via email or phone to confirm your cancellation details and membership end date. Please allow 24-48 hours for confirmation. If a request is submitted over the weekend a staff member will process your request the following business day.
Please note a 30 day notice is required to all accounts unless cancellation is due to one of the following:
- Military PCS/Deployment with valid orders
- Relocation to area more than 50 miles from current location with proof of relocation
- Medical injury with doctor’s note/letter stating you are unable to train
