Account Hold Request

We certainly understand some times schedules get tight or something unexpected arises. That is why we’re please to over the option to hold or freeze your account temporarily. We offer two types of holds:

  • 30 days no questions asked hold.
  • Extended hold with documentation.

30 Days No Questions Asked

A 30 day no questions asked hold may be requested once per calendar year. Requests must be submitted through this form or in person. Account payments will automatically resume after the 30 day period ends. 

Extended Hold with Documentation

Extended holds include medical illness/injury/recovery, military related (school, training, deployment), scheduling conflicts (temporary work schedule change, seasonal sport such as baseball, etc.), or other. Any extended hold requires documentation. This could be a copy of your work schedule, sports schedule, a doctor’s note, etc.

Terms of Account Hold

Holds cannot be indefinite or applied retroactively. If your account is placed on hold you must lift the hold for at least a period of 30 days before requesting another hold or cancellation. A 30 Day No Questions Asked hold may only be placed on your account once per calendar year.

Holds requiring a period of later than 30 days require documentation. Hold requests will be processed in 24-48 hours. Requests received during weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day. If you have addtional questions, please call (931) 241-2159 during normal business hours.

By submitting this request I understand that upon a hold being applied to my account that the end date of my contract will be extended by the length of the hold. For example, if I place a hold on my account for 30 days, my contract end date will be pushed back by 30 days. Please see terms and conditions for more information. I understand that unless this request is a one-time 30 day request, documentation may be required for approval. I understand that payments will automatically resume after the hold period ends. I understand I am responsible for keeping my card information up to date. I understand that if I wish to extend my hold I must request an extension in writing with any necessary documentation PRIOR to the currently scheduled end hold date.
