Account Hold Terms:

By submitting an Account Hold Request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Holds cannot be applied retroactively or remain indefinite. If your account is placed on hold, it must remain active for at least 30 days before requesting another hold or cancellation. A one-time 30-day No Questions Asked hold is allowed per calendar year, while longer holds require documentation. Holds will be processed within 1-3 business days. Account cancellations are not permitted during a hold period. Payments resume automatically after the hold ends, and it is your responsibility to keep payment information current.
