Prime Performance | Strength & Conditioning

Prime Performance is our premier strength and conditioning program, designed to enhance overall fitness, athletic performance, and functional movement. Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase endurance, or improve agility, our expert-led classes offer a dynamic and results-driven training experience.

Our program incorporates functional fitness, circuit training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), plyometrics, and agility training to develop explosive power, speed, and resilience. Open to ages 10 and up, Prime Performance is ideal for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a structured approach to conditioning.

Each session is designed to challenge participants at their own level, ensuring both beginners and advanced athletes can push their limits in a supportive and motivating environment. Our experienced instructors, all Safe Sport certified, provide expert guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively.
