On June 21, Miyon showcased his exceptional judo skills at the US Judo Junior Olympics, securing a well-deserved second place in the Intermediate Male / Under 47kg category.
Following this impressive performance, Miyon traveled to Illinois Wesleyan University on June 29 to compete in the prestigious Midwest National Wrestling Tournament. Demonstrating his versatility and determination, Miyon triumphed over his opponents and claimed first place.
The Midwest Nationals, established in 2004, is a highly competitive event that attracts talented wrestlers from across the nation. Miyon’s outstanding achievements in both judo and wrestling highlight his dedication, hard work, and passion for martial arts.
