Cancellation Request

We have enjoyed having you as a member of our team, and we are sorry to see you go. We understand that there are many reasons why you may be cancelling your membership. Perhaps you are moving away, you are having financial difficulties or you are no longer able to make the time to train. Whatever the reason, we want to assure you that we are here to help in any way we can. 

If there is anything we can do to change your mind, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at memberships@rgclarksville.com, contact us through your student portal, or speak to one of our customer service liaisons. We would be happy to discuss your options and see if there is a way to make it work for you. If you are moving we are also happy to provide you with a referral to another gym in your area.

If you are unhappy with your experience we invite you to submit feedback. You may choose to remain anonymous. Only our HR manager, sales manager, and program director are privy to feedback submissions. (Click here for our feedback form).

If you still wish to proceed with account cancellation, please submit your details using the form below. A staff member may contact you via email or phone to confirm your cancellation details and membership end date. Please allow 24-48 hours for confirmation. If a request is submitted over the weekend a staff member will process your request the following business day.

Please note a 30 day notice is required to all accounts unless cancellation is tied to a military PCS or deployment. If this is the case, the 30 day notice can be waived with a copy of your orders.

Please include information listed in your gymdesk account. This helps us to insure we are making changes to the correct account.

Most cancellations are subject to a 30 day advance notice. Your account is still subject to any already scheduled charges during that time. In some cases this notice may be waived (military or injury related) but documentation is required. Reach out a memberships@rgclarksville.com or message us via your gymdesk account with any questions.

If you have no documentation, please select a date at least 30 days from now.
By submitting this request I understand that I must provide at least 30 days advance notice and my account is still subject to any already scheduled charges during that time. For example, if your cancellation request is submitted on January 1, your account will close on January 31. If your regular payment is scheduled for January 15, that payment will process as usual.
