Exciting News: Expanded Homeschool Program at Renzo Gracie Clarksville Starting September 2024!

We’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our Homeschool Program at Renzo Gracie Clarksville, beginning September 3rd! Designed for children ages 6 to 13, our program offers a dynamic blend of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Boxing, fitness conditioning, and much more. This program provides a fun, safe environment where homeschoolers can enhance their physical fitness, discipline, and social skills. Flexible enrollment options are available, including pay-per-class, monthly, and semester packages. Plus, the first class is free!

All classes will be held at 10 AM Monday – Friday!

Monday: Judo

Judo classes teach homeschoolers the art of using leverage and balance to subdue opponents, focusing on throws and ground control. It’s an excellent way for kids to build confidence, discipline, and respect while learning self-defense.

Tuesday: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ offers a fun and engaging way for kids to develop problem-solving skills through grappling and ground techniques. It’s perfect for building strength, flexibility, and teamwork.

Wednesday: Wrestling

Wrestling classes focus on takedowns, pins, and overall body control, enhancing agility, strength, and mental toughness.

Thursday: Striking (Boxing and Muay Thai)

Striking classes combine Boxing and Muay Thai to teach proper punching, kicking, and defensive techniques. These classes improve hand-eye coordination, speed, and self-discipline.

Friday: Performance Fitness

This class emphasizes proper technique in exercises, helping kids grow their athleticism through a variety of fitness activities. It’s designed to improve overall strength, conditioning, and physical health.
