Professor Andrew began training BJJ in 2007. He earned his black belt from the Yamasaki academy in 2019 when his instructor Francisco Neto gave him his own belt, off of his own waist, the highest honor a student can receive from their professor. Professor Andrew has extensive experience in judo and wrestling as well earning assistant coach of the year honors in 2020 for the state of Virginia.
